IUDOGS: 2022 - 2023 Ohio High School Head Football Coaching Changes

Amherst Steele (division 2) is looking for a new coach. They have a very good youth program and huge numbers at the junior high level. This is a very important hire for them. The program is ready to take off with the right coach.

Add Convoy Crestview is open after a very hush hush hazing incident.

Amherst used to be pretty good years ago, what happened? And why do you say "the program is ready to take off"?

What is the Administration thinking at Bath? They let go of a Alumni coach that had the numbers going in the right direction.

Last year they had their best season in what 12-15 years? It's not going to get any better than that with the numbers in the hallways at their school dwindling.

That best year in forever was a senior class that was supposedly going to contend for league titles. That's all we heard around the WBL for 4 years..watch out for Bath.

They went 5-5.

Bath has never been really that good if you look at their overall history. Mid-teir at best. They’re now the smallest school in the league aren’t they or is OG smaller?

Bath was a consistent playoff contender from the mid 80s into the early 2000s. Mayb3 not league title quality, but teams knew they were there.

Any news about some of these "Central Ohio" jobs. Teays Valley? Amanda-Clearcreek? Marion Harding? Westerville North? and the, I think 3, Columbus City jobs?

Curious to hear as well, not a lot of movement so far this year in CO may be a quiet year in terms of coaching turnover in the Columbus area.
