If you bothered to read the article they list at least 430 billion in the spending.

So less then 50% of spending in the infrastructure bill is for intrastructure? Seems like it should be a 500 billion dollar bill instead then.

There is also billions for rail, electric grid updates ( ask Texas if that would be helpful), internet for rural areas. I guess they don't mention that on Faux News.
