Started Friday but when I connect to the internet I immediately get a notice that someone is trying to access my Apple account from San Antonio, TX. I live in SW Ohio not Texas. Of course I say don't allow and it asks if i want to change my password. Sure. It will not let me. Keeps going into a loop. Never forward. Any ideas?

Sounds like a scam, and not from Apple.

The part about someone from TX accessing my account is a pop up on my phone. The part about not being to change my password is a problem on my phone and PC.

I would log into Apple directly from your iphone and change your password.

I’d consider calling apple customer service and speak to them. I have had very good experiences with apple customer service always helpful.

I have tried everything. Calling support is next on my list.

Called support. Somehow my phone number was wrong. It was sending the link to change my password and the six digit "authorization code" to a number I've never heard of. All is good now. Strange.
