How dominant would Kyle Korver have been in the nba 20 yrs ago?

Kyle Korver is a good 3 point shooter. But other than that, he has some pretty anemic stats. His assist average per game is very low. And his PPG is mediocre at best. Korver wouldn't have dominated in any era. His game would have really taken a hit if he played before the NBA had a 3 point shot. And to answer your question: 20 years ago, Korver would have been the mediocre player he is today.
 
The things he's allowed to do today are nowhere near what you could do 20 years ago. The fouls he would've seen 20 years ago would be considered just about 3 counts of rape today.
