I think (not 100%) he had already contacted them once. For whatever reason, it wasn't in the cards.

There’s another one with a Masciarelli in it, you know, just to confirm it’s Bellaire. 😉

Good news—-There are 3 Masciarelli’s coming up through the ranks. Maybe those boys can reintroduce the state of Ohio to the Big Reds?

Don’t let the 20 years of irrelevance wear on you. Mine hasn’t won a playoff game ever since “Paralyzer” by Finger Eleven came out.

We have the Schneider National Bowl this year, as Lucas comes to Amanda. Could be worse. Could be that game.

Yeah they made the regional final that season, but that Bellaire team was not a powerhouse and to me they weren’t a real state contender. Decent team that made a good run. Not even in the same sentence as ‘93-‘97, ‘03, ‘05, ‘06. Those teams were state powers in D4.

The air- Bellaire teams with the Davis bros at QB would have made quick work of a T-formation team like Fort Frye. Just ask Ironton.

The Pit (Amanda) is a good time. It’s a 1B behind Licking Valley in terms of beauty.

After the game, hang around town. Drive a few minutes. Park. Look up in the sky; get lost in the stars.

The state champion signs they had for the longest time IIRC have since been auctioned off. They were pretty cool to look at because they were the original ones. Bonus perk? You might see the man, the myth, the legend Supermilker.

I haven't been to The Pit since the spring of 23. I hated to see the old scoreboard and got a new video board.

Which would be the better game? Is Amanda CC going to be good this year? They scheduled Licking Valley so I am assuming they have something???

This field is on my list simply because of nostalgia..I remember being maybe 10 or 11 years old and seeing those black jerseys with ACES across the front at Massillon. This was on ONN of course.
