Remember when mahoning valley used to be good at football?! It's too bad it sucks now....

My kid and his team were 2 points from playing for a state title last year, so there is still some good football being played around here. Small schools though are mostly hot garbage anymore though.

South Range and Canfield both won a state title 2 years ago, NM Springfield made it to state 3 years in a row not much longer before that and JFK made it to state in that same time frame. One year doesn't represent an entire trend for football in an area.

Wow. You spend a few days away from the forum and all hell breaks loose. Three things:

#1. We do not have a McDonalds. We have never had a fast food chain ever.
#2. We do have a Dollar General, in which they sell frozen White Castle burgers.
#3. Forget #1.

Couldn't cut it, couldn't get the job done. Should've just stuck with the K - at least you'd get to keep your dignity all the way to the state title game

Personally, I was fine with Hillsdale winning R25 and Danville winning R27. IMO, our 2 biggest rivals.
We have them in back to backs weeks this year. OUCH.
