We just played an opponent we couldn't even put a running clock on. The whole division is up for grabs, folks.
I saw the bottom fell out this week in regards to their average score. That scoring average falling to 47.5 to 2.4 (428 - 22) for the year makes them look seriously vulnerable. We just played an opponent we couldn't even put a running clock on. The whole division is up for grabs, folks.
Very sad but true. Many of you will be crestfallen when they lose.I saw the bottom fell out this week in regards to their average score. That scoring average falling to 47.5 to 2.4 (428 - 22) for the year makes them look seriously vulnerable.
Heartbreaking.Very sad but true. Many of you will be crestfallen when they lose.
If Windham and southern could play, it would be like Christmas for me. I would go just to watch the 2 fanbases fight.Windham not only went to OT against Ashtabula St John, they only beat Jackson Milton by 2 TDs. I wouldnr be suprised if Fairport Harding beat them this week
Yes, Eye is a tough runner. But as was said upthread he is basically it.
However a match against Southern is dependant on Southerns star running back returning. Their coach made it seem he was held out as a precaution week 9 and should be back
Heartbreaking.
At what point is it just going thru the motions for ML? Scheduling outside of their conference has to be a nightmare being D7, hell even when they are D6 for that matter.
The racism bowl.If Windham and southern could play, it would be like Christmas for me. I would go just to watch the 2 fanbases fight.
They both hate everyone, including themselves. The racism bowl.
His father was a very good player as wellWindham wont win the region but they will beat someone that people might not expect them to beat. I was bored at work one night and was watching some games. Jack Eye might be one of the better players in the region. Big, tough, fast and a load to bring down. The region stinks as we all know outside of 1 or 2 teams so they have an outside shot of winning a couple of games in the tourney.
P.S. I hate Windham with every fiber in my being, so it makes me ill to admit they aren't terrible but I gotta be honest.
Ansonia was definitely not in that top 3 last year (even more so not this year). I'd say Minster or Marion Local last year. This year many more.Once again minimum 3 teams in R28 beat ANYONE in R25
"kill"Malvern will kill Lucas.
Do you in all your heart believe it will be a 1 score game?"kill"
Playoffs (Neutral Field)
[2024] Malvern (OH) 28 (65%), [2024] Lucas (OH) 21 (35%)
Well if some random computer somewhere says it will be a 1 score game then it must be so."kill"

The Hornets will throw for 450 on the cubs.
Ansonia and Minster were the only 2 teams in D7 with a shot to beat MSML a year ago.Ansonia was definitely not in that top 3 last year (even more so not this year). I'd say Minster or Marion Local last year. This year many more.
It could be, sure. Lucas could keep the ball away from Malvern. Right? To act like it couldn't happen is a bit silly, no?Do you in all your heart believe it will be a 1 score game?
Ansonia ....... a shot to beat MSML a year ago.
This year, MSML and Minster will play in the Region 28 Final. That’s the REAL state title game. Everyone else is fighting for an whooping against R28 in Canton.
48-0 is not a shot lolllAnsonia and Minster were the only 2 teams in D7 with a shot to beat MSML a year ago.
Ansonia was down starting RB and another banged up (not an excuse just noting) and held MSML to 6 points in the 1st half…..
Then they shot themselves in the foot, couple turnovers and penalties and MSML is now up 40+
I hear you, I would put the line at 20.5. I think Malvern is a copy and paste of a less physical Hillsdale team so I would expect about the same score of that game.It could be, sure. Lucas could keep the ball away from Malvern. Right? To act like it couldn't happen is a bit silly, no?
Will defer to @Msfootball , but last year in the Ansonia 2nd half & the Dalton 1st half the Flyers played just about perfect football.48-0 is not a shot lolll
Give me the bulldogs over Ansonia last year -13.5Will defer to @Msfootball , but last year in the Ansonia 2nd half & the Dalton 1st half the Flyers played just about perfect football.
That said, unless the version of Derrick Henry from last night's MNF game was the RB the Tigers were missing, I don't think it was going to matter.
The Tigers had no shot of winning even if 100% healthy. Windham vs ML offers the most intrigue this year, but for now, it's all about trying to stop Coldwater from running all over us.Will defer to @Msfootball , but last year in the Ansonia 2nd half & the Dalton 1st half the Flyers played just about perfect football.

Oh Lawd, give me the points, brotha!I hear you, I would put the line at 20.5. I think Malvern is a copy and paste of a less physical Hillsdale team so I would expect about the same score of that game.
