You have to understand the situation. There is no skill. They currently have 1 QB, the RB will most likely be an upcoming freshmen with no real backups, at least any that have played the position before. There are 2 recievers that are decent but, again, no real backups. The starting g center and guard from last season have been given skill position numbers because the help is needed. Their replacements haven't played varsity football. Defensively there are no safeties. The two recievers will probably be corners, no backups. The QB will have to play linebacker or possibly safety, risky with no back ups at QB. Huge holes to fill at LB too.

As nauseating as it is to type this, their best bet would be to go to some type of option offense. JFKs "strength" will be along the lines. Utulize this and they might have a fighting chance in 3 or 4 games. Don't and it will be tough to win 2.

JFK is a complete question mark, but I think the champion game will be winnable for them? Isn’t champion losing their QB who was one of the only, if not only, good player they had.

This is about as accurate as it gets right here and quite frankly at this point they do not currently have a QB with any experience at HS level.
I'm not so sure you can call the lines their "strength" in any capacity now with the moves that have been made.

They have no chance against Garfield, South Range, Mogadore, Perkins and Marlington. Those are pretty much name your score games for them.
Marlington was bad last year but having a 3-1 roster advantage and lack of team speed for JFK will be enough.

CCC always has athletes, I don't think Kennedy will have the athletes to match, coaching will definitely be in play.
Champion, Rootstown, and Southeast will have better numbers and size, with a heavy motivation for payback.
STA, well, if Kennedy can't win this game, I don't think they end the season with any wins.

I think best case is they beat STA, and win two of the four with Champion, Rootstown, Southeast, and CCC. The problem is they are going to be limping along after week 6 with at best a 1-5 record, with 3 of the 4 remaining games on the road. I will stand with 2 wins, 3 max.

The cat will be outta the bag if they lose to Champion, that's when people will see and realize just how bad it is. They win, they can get to 3 wins, lose and 3 will be a major victory.

I put "strength" in quotes on purpose. I only said it because 98% of the team are linemen. Everyone on the schedule will be extra motivated to put it on them this year, I fully expect teams to try and run it up on them if possible.

Hey Mr JFK (aren’t you a Flashes guy?) , Marky knew all along he wasnt staying. He was still going to JFK and unlike plenty of supposed JFK supporters on here didn’t bail on him ( not speaking of kids who are making decisions on their future) and care if he came to open gyms. Coach Marky is about more than sports. Being an educator yourself you should appreciate that.
