D5 2025 Early Outlook

Opinions on who will be the favorites to win each region and state championship in 2025. Who are the returning starters for each program. Schedule changes… etc. is there any new programs changing divisions that can challenge in D5

Region 17 - Poland Seminary or South Range
Region 18 - Liberty Center
Region 19 - Ironton
Region 20 - West Liberty Salem

I don't see anyone challenging Ironton in region 19, not even Harvest Prep. I'd have to think Liberty Center will be the favorite in region 18. I'm predicting a state championship rematch between the Tigers and the Fighting Tigers.

Help me fill in the blanks with the eastern teams
2024 Region 18
1. Edison- loses about half of their starters on both sides of the ball. Will Wittmer play as a senior?
2. Liberty- same spot as they were in last offseason: lost a good group of seniors but will have good depth and experience back
3. Oak Harbor-loses most of their skill guys but some good lineman returning and good overall numbers
4. Norwayne- ?
5. Eastwood- QB returns but lost a lot of seniors
6. Keystone- ?
7. Liberty Benton- returns A LOT!!! Most of their line and skilled guys but will have a new QB
8. Triway- ?

Liberty Center vs Ironton State Championship rematch - Lc gets it done and wins it all.

Both teams will be loaded again. Ironton loses their best player, but will still be very tough.
