Some opinions....

1. Georgia and Oklahoma have a worse loss than Penn State yet are ranked higher.
2. The ceiling for Cincinnati appears to be at 17. They seem to stay there each week after a win.
3. Utah and Oregon are headed for a meeting for a playoff birth.
4. The SEC conference only playing 8 conference games biases their rankings. If they played one extra conference game half of the teams would have one additional loss.
