Don't think $V$M or Woodridge will worry about Salem this season. All those other teams are legit year in and year out.too early to tell, but I don't see Salem pulling in 3-4 girls in one class in one season that will overtake teams already established like the $V$M and Woodridge. Top 5 teams in the stateI think SVSM and Woodridge should be worried about a number of teams. Granville, Salem, and Oakwood to name a few. Lexington graduated 3 out of their top 7 but always seems to reload. Oakwood only graduated their #3.
I don't think $V$M has run their varsity yet.I wouldn’t put Salem in the top 5 area. Probably top ten or so. By the way SVSM showed a lot of distance in their pack at Salem.
I'm wrong then. I thought $V$M had held out their top 5. Salem is better than I thought and $V$M is not as good as I thought. Yet.SVSM they held out their top two runners. That would have put them right there with Salem.
