The FBI didn't show up with guns drawn, CNN cameras weren't rolling like the latest Michael Bay action movie, special council is window dressing but of course you fell for it.

You also forget that with Trump the National Archives and the DOJ spent a year trying to get the documents, were lied to and subpoenas ignored before they went to get them back. At least Biden and Pence disclosed that they had documents and have cooperated in every single way possible.

The Pence and Biden cases are almost identical. Trumps is an entirely different situation even though DOJ is treating them practically equal.

Trump was cooperating as well. Gave back documents, gave access to his home and had the documents he maintained locked up as instructed.

It was only after Bidens team found about 5 separate caches that the FBI decided well I guess we should go through the motions.

Only a fool or a hack thinks the situations have been handled equally.

LOL. CNN was not there you liar. The only actual footage from the execution of the search warrant was from Trump's own security cameras. There would have been no search warrant if he would not have lied and complied with the subpoena. You keep falling for the conman.

He was not. He said all documents were turned over when they knew they had not AND he failed to comply with a subpoena. Of course these are different situations. Biden and Pence self disclosed and have cooperated EVERY step of the way.

I think the law that says it is illegal to to take classified papers with you as you leave office needs to be changed. From what we are finding out no one obeys the law when it comes to this. We have heard back as far as Carter that he had classified papers in his possession.
