Citrus Bowl Michigan vs. Alabama

I think Michigan will have more incentive as this game will be a let down for Bama. Still like Bama to cover the 7 point spread.

Alabama wins 35-16.

Kind of funny watching the last 30 seconds. Alabama scores a late TD instead of kneeling on the ball. Michigan spikes the ball with 1 second left down by 19.

Michigan coaching staff is bad

In all fairness, it’s pretty hard for a team full of future astrophysicists and MDs to compete with Alabama’s cheating ways. ?

Michigan’s bowl record the last 20 years or so is almost as impressive as their record against Ohio State over that time frame.

The minor bowls are mostly about getting ESPN football program inventory for December.

Why not have a NIT equivalent tourny as well to replace that?

The best suggestion is a group of 5 playoff, they could give automatic bids to the champs and then 3 at large. Only issue is these fan bases don't tend to travel well and may not make for good visuals on TV so they may have to play the early rounds on campus. Then again the NIT plays on campus and some of their games are played in the auxiliary gyms for larger schools because they cannot fill up their primary arenas.

The basketball NIT is just bad basketball that no one cares about, but a football NIT would work as it would still have engaged players and fanbases. No one travels now because it’s meaningless and it’s only going to get worse.

It's not funny; its typical SEC. Real classy.

Harbaugh's is clueless on clock management.
