Carolyn Wester is the Head Coach at Wrestling Prep and Wrestling Coach at American Kick Boxing Academy

She has an extensive background in Wrestling as well as the UFC. She has mastered pattern-based coaching and the process for translating mathematically-based techniques for any body type and has gained a reputation for motivating wrestlers to exceed the expectations they have of themselves.

Carolyn's Notable Moments
-Coached at Three World Championships for Team USA, World Youth Olympics as well as D1 Collegiate matches.

- Chief Corner Coach for the UFC in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019, and hold Combat Sport License in Argentina, Arizona, California, Croatia, Idaho, Mexico, Nevada, and Texas.

- Cornering wrestlers to Championships not limited to Super 32, Walsh Jesuit Ironman, Dapper Dan, Reno TOC, Doc B, Journeymen Folkstyle Classic, Junior World Team Trials, Cadet World Team Trials, Flo Nationals, and having wrestlers win State HS Champions in 22 States.

- Coached 2000+ Wrestlers per year since 2010 across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

- 1st Woman to be a Chief Corner Coach in the UFC. 1st Woman to corner a D1 Wrestling Match.
