Bloom Carroll athletic director arrested

How the guy kept his job after the 2015 incident in which he offers to supply alcohol is beyond me. Sounds like Bloom Carrol BOE will get a cleansing starting with the Superintendent Shawn Haughn.

Not that it matters but is Shaun Haughn the Canal Winchester basketball player who had the battles with Hamilton Township’s Gary Trent?

If you as the District/Superintendent have to tell your Athletic Director he is not have any contact whatsoever with students, that is a problem. The super said the AD couldn't even email a student, even as a response to a direct question. You cannot employ someone at a school where you have to have that conversation.

Super needs to resign or be fired. Same with the school board, district legal team, and the HR dept. The local police need to see if they can find a charge to slap on those that kept this guy around. This is simply disgusting.

It is disgusting and the Catholic Schools been getting away with basically the same stuff for at least 50 years! It’s maddening how sick and stupid educated people can be who supposedly care about kids!!

DOCK NOTE: bear in mind this clown had a daughter who dressed varsity as a freshman when Chad was still coaching GBK.

Simple - BC had a lot of successful athletic teams during that period.

Lots of districts (both administration and the community) would overlook having a couple of students rendered down for oil if it means winning teams.
 
He is also a member of the Central District Athletic Board- so it throws the OHSAA into this mess. Well was a member of the Central District Athletic Board because he has been removed from being listed as Central District Athletic Board Member.
His position is now listed as follows:

CDAB Board Term ends July 31, 2023

Just an update to this: court filings from last week indicate that Chad Little has waived his right to trial by jury, entering into a guilty plea with a joint sentencing recommendation of 4 and 1/2 years.

So, that’s one leg of this saga down. In the process, the next batter in the lineup steps to the plate: the district.
