What people are failing to understand is that the police cannot let a perp get in a car ... the number of bad things that can happen when someone gets into a car is infinitely higher ... he could get a weapon (gun or knife) ... he could even use the car as a weapon and run them or some else over ... police are trained to do everything possible to keep them from enter a car ... just imagine if he had got into the car and pulled a gun or used it as a weapon ... now the police have to actually fire at the car full of people ... they may not have handle the situation wisely ... but once he is to the car and has the door open there are few good choices left.

You are right, shouldve NEVER let him get to the car, couldve tackled him, tasted him again, jumped on his back! Dont let him get to the car! 3 vs 1 are good numbers!!

Didn't say facts are already known. Police didn't show up to shoot a guy, they wanted to get home too and not deal with the BS they are now dealing with. He should've complied as a blk man knowing his options dealing with police. He obviously didn't, hence the situation. Cop shouldn't have shot him in the back 7 times either. Nobody is asking why his buddies didn't let off a shot, he was the only one.

Your messed up, never said shoot in the car, don't let him get to the car. If you thought he had weappn in car, tackle him before he gets there! Don't escort him to the car and THEN shoot him in the back when he gets there! I thought it was a universal thought, never shoot someone in the back, thats cowardice. Who scared of somebody that has they back to you? Dont understand how this is ok

Once again they tried all that and he still proceeded to the car. Police are trained not to let a suspect get back into the car. if they would have let him back in the car and the kids were hurt or killed what then? Bottom line, the dude should not of resisted, his actions led to this.

This is what get's old about the whole BLM argument. Almost all of these case involve someone with a criminal record being arrested because there is some kind of warrant out fo rtheir arrest and they all end up resisting arrest or ignoring the policeman's commands. It really is simple Comply and you don't die"

Someone posted a vid of some white dude getting shot by police because he opened his door with a shotgun in his hand, not pointed at them but the PO shot him dead, so it does happen, but he was white so Proderp doesn't care about that one
