Bad look for Cuomo

Cuoma has to go. He states that we were to believe a proven liar and ignore women with facts. Get someone in there that knows how to run a state. How much would it take to get Desantis to move to NY for a term or two.

New York State lost more seniors to COVID than America lost to 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina combined and doubled. But while we were grieving, heartbroken and coming to grips with the fact that our loved ones died alone, the mainstream media all but crowned Cuomo the go-to pandemic politician.

It was bad enough seeing him on all the national news channels being asked about his love life instead of his lethal policy. But the day my anger and grief turned to rage was when I saw the governor and his anchorman brother Chris Cuomo laughing and joking around on CNNprimetime about giant cotton swabs and arguing about who their mother's favorite son was.

On March 25, his office quietly issued the disastrous order that forced nursing homes to accept infected COVID-19 patients being discharged from hospitals. The order, which contradicted federal guidelines calling for isolation and testing, gave nursing homes no grounds for refusing patients and barred them from asking if the patients were COVID-positive.
Despite his absurd defense, Cuomo’s actions showed he knew the order was a deadly mistake.
He withdrew it in May and, as the bodies piled up, secretly changed the way his office reported fatalities.

Previously, deaths across the nation were counted against nursing homes if patients contracted the disease there, even if they died in hospitals. But New York began limiting the count to those who actually died in nursing homes.

It also stopped releasing the full data, which helped Cuomo get a book deal from a publisher and win an Emmy for his TV briefings. Both should be rescinded as fraudulent.

The con unraveled in January. In quick order, a report by New York Attorney General Letitia James concluded that the state undercounted nursing-home deaths by about 50 percent. And a judge ruled that Cuomo had to turn over all the data requested in a lawsuit by the Empire Center for Public Policy.

The magnitude of the coverup turned out to be breathtaking. In days, the total deaths in nursing homes and similar facilities surged from 8,700 to more than 15,000.

Cuomo’s patina of competence and credibility was shattered. It became a federal case when The Post revealed that a top aide defended hiding the death totals by saying the Governor’s Office didn’t want the Justice Department to know the truth

Wrap your head around this: The New York Times is reporting that Gov. Cuomo took time out from coronavirus hot-dogging last June to offer tattoo-placement advice to a just-turned-25-year-old female aide of no particular expertise during a private, closed-door sit-down in the state Capitol.

Cuomo suggested “she should put the tattoo on her buttocks, so people would not see it when she wore a dress,” the paper says.

The revelation comes just days after another former Cuomo aide, Lindsey Boylan, accused the governor of coming on to her — once planting an unwanted kiss on her lips. And, of course, both sets of harassment complaints feed into growing public and political unrest growing out of the administration’s ever-expanding coronavirus nursing-home debacle.

All in all, the creep factor is high. There’s the tattoo business, of course. And Bennett, who is from Westchester County, apparently tried to cool Cuomo’s jets by telling him she had played middle-school soccer with one of his daughters — to no apparent effect. Middle school. Think about that.

As New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo faces mounting sexual misconduct allegations from two female aides, a video has reemerged on social media showing the Democratic governor questionably pressuring a female reporter to eat an entire sausage sandwich in front of him.

The video shows the Democratic governor at the 2016 New York State Fair, challenging NewsChannel 9’s Beth Cefalu to eat an entire Gianelli sausage sandwich.

“I want to see you eat the whole sausage,” Cuomo can be heard telling Cefalu, as his daughter Michaela sits quietly next to him. A now-former aide to Cuomo could be seen handing Cefalu a sandwich.

Nancy Pelosi calls sexual harassment claims against Cuomo ‘credible’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday said the sexual harassment allegations against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo are “credible.”

The California representative joined a chorus of Democrats calling for a truly independent probe into the accusations of misconduct lodged against Cuomo by two of his former staffers.

“The women who have come forward with serious and credible charges against Governor Cuomo deserve to be heard and to be treated with dignity,” Pelosi said in a statement.

“The independent investigation must have due process and respect for everyone involved.”

The statement came as Cuomo, 63, agreed to let state Attorney General Letitia James appoint an outside investigator into the growing scandal.

Andrew Cuomo ("Sonny Corleone") has gone from "I did nothing wrong" to "Sorry if I said something that was misunderstood" to "I was just just joking". Not trending in a good direction.

Remember when he was a champion on the the left a few months ago when he disagreed with Trump? Dopes.

This dude's had a pretty impressive profile rise and fall over the last year going from being a media darling for allegedly taking on Trump and fighting tough against COVID to now having scandals involving both sexual harassment as well as nursing home deaths. In-between, he managed to drop a leadership book on lessons learned during the pandemic before his pandemic scandal broke. It's been one impressive roller coaster dumpster fire of a year for Andrew Cuomo.

Harry/happy/pervy - what say you?

Looks like this cabal of Democrat Governors felt that shoving COVID positive elderly citizens into nursing homes to infect others and die, then lie about the number of deaths, was an appropriate tactic to defeat Trump.
