Are there any conferences that have never had a single member win a state championship in football?

Massillon is an independent not in a league. The thread is for leagues that have not won a title in football. The Federal League has not won a title. Sorry if that upsets you. Leave Massillon out of it for once. If it makes you mad somebody made a T-shirt mocking your league all you have to do is Beat them.
That fool has problems.

Ironton 79 and 89 independent
Wheelersburg 89 SOC
Nelsonville York 81 TVC
Wahama TVC Hocking 2012 WV
Crooksville MVL 1977
Amanda Clearcreek 99 and 00 MSL

GWOC -- Centerville and Huber heights have been to champ game but never won.
FWIW, Trotwood won state as member of the GWOC in Div III (2017, 2019) and Div II (2011). They were booted out of the conference after 2019 season.

I believe Amanda Clearcreek beat St. Henry (MAC) in '99 - was that a D-V or D-VI game?

And whom did AC beat in '00? That game must've been the D-V final because ML played Mogadore in the D-VI final that year.

Finally, how has AC done recently?

2000 they beat St. Peter Chanel

Playoffs Era only (1972 - )?

I see Title Town isn’t on that list. Two things you won’t find in Massillon
1. A full set of teeth
2. An OHSAA tournament title.

Shockingly, the Suburban League in Northeast Ohio, whose existence predates the playoff era, has no state titles, and has only been to two title games (Revere in 1990 and Nordonia in 2014). Brecksville and Aurora have state championships, but those occurred as members of the Pioneer Conference and Chagrin Valley Conference respectively.

I'm sure many newer conferences are in a similar situation

CROSS COUNTY CONFERENCE, the conference that sent Covington up AGAINST MAC schools and came back 0-12 , has not had a champ in football. Neither has the WOAC, but they are only two years old. Same for the THREE RIVERS CONFERENCE, but pretty certain Milton will get there soon.
If it was gonna happen for MU, It was going to be this year.

Shhhhh. Did you not get the memo? All comments concerning Milton must contain

1- positive hope for the future
2- no regret for the past

Personally I agree with you, that was one talented team.

i believe that neither Ohio Heritage Conference or Central Buckeye Conference has ever won a title in football. Springfield Shawnee of the CBC came very close about a decade ago. Springfield CC and West Jefferson have had some close calls in the OHC.

I do not think the Ohio Heritage conference has they have to go through the MAC to even get to the finals in almost every case.

Southern Ohio Confrence I, does not have any either while you could dispute Portsmouth Notre Dame I believe no one else in the conference has

Their fall off was insane. Yearly state contender, champ in 04, still in the playoffs in 07. No team by 2011.

Amazing what a great coach means at these schools.
Hardin Northern was great under Pete Bruno because he was a remarkable coach.
