60 yard dash trainers?

I only have my 50 yard dash license.....got 3 more classes to get my license to train the 60....

That cert is very tough. The attrition rate is nearly 95% because at any given time only 1 person per state can hold the license for the 60. Find out whom that person is, put out a hit, and then hope you get selected to replace.

Teach coaches do not teach how to get good breaks out of of steal breaks and all tryouts and all tryouts for baseball you use the steal start my son runs a 6.7 but does not start well it’s more of gaining speed but while in track where he runs a 21s for the 200 and has received college I treat it has not helped his 60 that is why I asked I don’t appreciate the rudeness and banter above thank you to the person that answered truly.

From what you describe I don't see how he would need any further training on a 60-Yard dash. A 6.7 is pretty dang good and a 21 in a 200m could qualify you for states in many jurisdictions. So your kid is pretty fast and likely faster than most baseball players. Now you may want to get with a coach or trainer that specializes in training the fast-twitch muscles that help with explosiveness in coming out of a break. They may not be baseball-specific but that may be a good thing. For example, in Cincy, we have ignition and a few others. You may want to check them out.

Any solid speed and agility trainer should suffice. Really. Just tell them the goal is to be faster second to home than he was last month, every month, and they'll easily figure it out. The rest is up to the kid. I suppose you could find some specialist if you want to burn an extra $15/hr. If you spend more on coaching, you get extra. It's just like pushing the elevator button extra times after it lights up. It makes the elevator come to your floor faster.

If your kid has baseball acumen already, you're fine with any good speed and agility workout.

I thought you were poking at someone that ran a 7.4 and had been coached up privately to the extreme on everything else :D

Yes i live in Cleveland I was just trying to find some around this area that was my sons second track meet this year he is going. To college he wants to get his 60 down he got it to 6.7 it was a 6.8 so he just feels he can definitely get it better and the better he does the longer he can play. Do any of you know any places near Cleveland for around $15 a hour. Doing explosive training?

6.7 is plenty fast....you don't need to worry about that. Can he hit? Can he throw? Can he catch? His speed is already D1 caliber....probably should just concentrate on the other 3 now instead of worrying about another tenth in the 60 :) I'd worry more about bigger and stronger than faster at this point

He hits 92 EV and leads team in XBH with 10 doubles and 5 triples this High school season, and throws 83 from OF last time checked., he dead lifts 500lbs.

speed training

I recommend the coach who runs DHC. Coach Tom has experience and has helped many of his players increase speed and strength too.

Just give an attractive girl a 30 yard head start and have him try to catch her. The old rabbit drill.
