I remember listening to a Warren game in the mid 90s and they announced that for the first time ever in the history of the conference all the SVC teams lost that week. There were five teams at that time, WGH Fitch Boardman Mooney Ursuline.

Growing up in the 1960's and 1970s the SVC was one of the toughest conferences in Ohio. All the schools in there were really good and could have played with anybody.

Mike is a great guy. I give Harding credit, they are making the investment to be great again.
Most definitely a great guy. I actually remember watching him play against Harding in 2005. It's always nice to see people flllow their passiobns and make a positive impact as adults.
The coaching, effort, and toughness was there this past season, but our strength issues showed up big time in the Ursuline & Massillon games. With Bartos on board to go along with the rest of the moves that the school has made, I'm very excited about what's ahead.

My father taught at Heights. I remember this game and the one the next year. Yall should've went to state this year but we already had that conversation lol. Desmar Jackson still one of my favorite HS athlete I watched as a kid (Travis too.) Seemed like Brodgon got 3 feet of air for all his jumpshots The atmosphere at Warrensville used to be incredible. All the inner rings when they were good plus Warren Harding and sometimes Ignatius. Those were the days
