Week 6 is indeed Iggy, Joes/Bengals moved off mutually

Week 7 open as of now, hearing it could be Wheeling Linsly Prep (WV)

Man, you guys shut that 2024 thread down quick. Was it the Padua QB's dad that formed a brand spanking new account just to goad you about the game that made you all move to this thread?

For the record, that was terrible and so transparent. I saw the QB after the game gloating. It was a bad look. Don't know them, but I did see some videos of it.

Good 2024 season by the Bengals. Lots to be proud of!

😂 Time to move on and look forward to 2025.

2024 didn't end how we wanted, and perhaps looking at records is a little misleading depending on the schedule (see Ignatius 2024), but consider this:

2022: 0-10
2023: 4-7
2024: 10-3

It's hard to say that there hasn't been improvement. Question now though is where we go from here.

4 returning starters on the line, which was a line that was consistently good all year.
Need to find a RB, some WR's and some LB's
have 3 retiring DB's,
safety's saw significant time throughout the year when Morse was out
The line should be able to make a halfway decent Rb next year look good... they just need a good offseason, and with wink... they will be just fine

Blair will be the starting RB

Great Season by the Bengals Keep up the good work! Tough way to end the season. It still was good to see the team moving in the right direction.
Next year's schedule has gone up several notches, to say the least! What happened to Steuby Week 7? Probably didn't want to travel to Cleveland??? For what it's worth, for those of you who are returning next year, 2025 starts today! Hit the weight room, start running, get prepared, don't wait for tomorrow. Good Luck Men of Benedictine!

Last question. Why was the parent of the Padua QB so classless on the 2024 Benedictine blog? Wow! That guy really has an axe to grind!
Settle down Junior! Your kid transfers out & you're mad at Benedictine? Crazy!! Oh well? You can't please everyone. 🤷‍♂️

I didn't understand it. My guess is the bottle had been tipped a few times in his 'celebration'.

Whatever makes you feel good, bud.

I just looked at his post history. Newly created account. The first four posts were from 3am until about 3:30am. The next 14 were all the next day and following morning. Man, this guy has issues. Hope all the gloating doesn't come back to bite he or his son against TCC.
That Karma thing can be a bitch.

Hopefully he goes to therapy.

It doesn't seem like they recruit much.

Steuby double booked the date . No problem for anyone.

For anyone that follows the basketball team: How we looking ? How many wins this season? We do not have to worry about facing St Eds or St Ignatius.

I’ve heard from a few people we will be lucky to win 5 games.

With the losses of Maloney, Baldwin, and Pomnean; Who is going to step up and be the playmaker for this offense??
Carlton isn't very good, played a lot... don't understand why
Reese from John Marshall looked really good towards the end of the year... stepped up after Poms
Smith is a playmaker all around. offense and defense,
hoping to get a kid from West G, good size, needs to work on hands

RB situation might pan out well, sounds like some kids from West G will also be coming, could have a RB battle of 4 kids very good starting next year. Blair and Forte have to work their asses off, or they will be sitting another year.

Over the years I’ve heard that many many times. We are getting this transfer or that transfer. Hardly ever happens. I HOPE your source is right!

I have been really impressed with Benedictine's turnaround over the past couple of years. As a neutral observer, it's nice to see them having winning football again. With Benedictine on the rise, I could see more transfers come into the program. I don't know HOW many, but from the looks of it, they're building something special on MLK Boulevard.

Nick's journey at Padua has truly been remarkable. It's clear he has grown immensely. While he didn't initially want to leave Benedictine, he felt he wasn't given a fair opportunity to prove himself as a starting QB there. I can't wait to see what he will do against a formidable TCC team.
The Benedictine Bengals had an impressive season, and there's so much to be proud of. Go Bruins!
