Once someone lops off their junk and grows breasts and becomes "female" I will call them by their new sex. I wouldn't want to date them or have sex with them but they become their new sex.

I've reached the point that my job is NOT to make someone else happy, if they want to make me happy they can be less weird. Decent human beings don't support crazy, they try to help people understand the truth.

about 8 months ago. it happened to have been around the same time as the campus orgs were doing their awareness/recruiting. Apparently today's SGA at public colleges have a whole lot more student money to pass around than they did 40 years ago.

I’ve been on dozens of college recruiting visits in the last few years and all of the campus tour guides introduced themselves with preferred pronouns and usually include them in their social media bios as well as all correspondence. Majority were traditional “him/her” but not all. Even 5 years ago this wasn’t wide spread, now it is the norm from what I have seen.

An acquaintance talked about going to a blues fest in Kent, and commented, "Well, I guess I'm going to 'be' a professor again this Saturday. I stopped being able to pass as a grad student a few years ago.". Maybe I actually do know SWMCinci irl ?


Somebody did catch him flexing an alt ID in here a few years back :unsure:

Last time I was in Kent my son was being recruited, about 10 years ago. I haven't been able to pass for a grad student for 25 years.

30.3 - Biden
18.5 - Warren
17.5 - Sanders
08.3 - Harris
06.0 - Buttigieg

Everyone not in the top 5 has absolutely no chance at the nomination and need to pack it in. Anyone outside of Biden, Warren and Sanders have little to no chance and need to have their campaigns suspended by late fall IMO. Of course that won't happen and I'm sure many of them will limp to the first primaries where they will get next to no support.

I'm waiting for Biden to do something unforgivably dumb and somebody that can be guised as "more sensible" or "likeable" that's currently polling poorly like Buttigieg or Beto boy suddenly gets propped up big time.

Beto is finished. Sanders and Buttigieg would probably benefit most. Buttigieg is kind of a younger Biden and Sanders is the second choice of a decent percentage of Biden voters.
 
Although it's being "reformed", I think that you may be grossly underestimating the power that establishment and corporate types have in influencing the Dem primaries with so-called super and unbound delegates. As shown in recent primaries the party committee and the big money pretty much own those convention votes, and have them as a fail-safe to reem through their candidate of choice if it's even remotely close.

Beto has a "brand" and name recognition. Recent polls he is still doing poorly but has trended ahead of everyone else below the top-5 at about 3% nationally, whereas not too long ago he seemed to be undoubtedly dead and sinking in the polls. I wouldn't proclaim it until it actually happens, because as of now he seems to have defied the odds of his own fading star to have the best chance of climbing out of the trough of the bottom feeders.
 
Push comes to shove if he's contending I imagine that Bernie will get Ron Paul'd by the DNC and reliably left-leaning media.
 
Trump polling badly in PA Wisc and Michigan among others. I stand by my initial feeling that this type of presidency and the nature of this erratic administration is not sustainable .

The corporate tax cut did not result in the corps reinvesting their windfall and the effect has been proven to be more a stock market juicing sugar high . Short term benefit that is waning . Trump took full credit for the rise of the market ( Obama and others in recent history markets rose more in their first three years in office) , I think we see he will no way in hell take ANY responsibility if the economy takes a step back . He rode a recovery , injected economic steroids into an already growing economy and now it’s a murkier outlook .

His utter lack of tariffs is on display with his inane incoherent twitter rants . His blasting of the fed whose leadership HE HIRED would be amusing if it wasn’t so scarily surreal that a man such as this didn’t have this power.

This notion that he coasts to a second term is delusional
 
Depends on who the Dem candidate is. Biden has a chance if he moderates in the general and gets some semblance of his sh** together. The US is not going to elect a president with the socialists views of Bernie. Harris or warren, at least not yet.

What Dems 4th place and lower need to do is distinguish themselves from the rest of the pack with some really bold, avant garde thinking. It's very important for them to do so over the next 8 weeks. Pull the whole train wreck further left :D
 
Still waaaay too early. No one on the Republican side gave Trump a chance at this point. Bill Clinton was not a blip on the radar until what will be this October.

People need to step away from the media and all of their BS sound bites (focusing on 2-3 candidates) and do their own research. There are some decent people lurking.
