Start your 2021 STATE TRAINING at PWA TONIGHT with LIVE WRESTLING! State Training is for Grade School and Junior High Wrestlers wanting to train and get better as their school season ends (you don't have to go to state to train with us). State Training is for High School Wrestlers wanting to get that EXTRA training as they near their post season tournaments. Train up to 4-5 nights a week at Prodigy....IT IS GO TIME!

SUNDAY Night LIVE Wrestling:

Get some live competition in tonight. All ages and ability levels. The more wrestlers that attend, the better it is for each wrestler! Every Live Session has a solid warm-up, a good drill, and live wrestling for the remainder of the time. Great to apply technique learned in practices to live wrestling situations!

5:30-7 pm LIVE WRESTLING SESSION - Warm-up followed by a good drill and right into live on their Feet, top/bottom, situations, live matches! Great workout!

STATE TRAINING IS FOR:
*JH Wrestlers finishing their season and want high level training for OAC/OHWay State
*GS Wrestlers finishing their school season and want to continue on to OAC/OHWay State
*GS and JH wrestlers who want to continue to get better for next season (and aren't planning on going to state)
*Any age and experience level wrestler that wants to train, we can find a level of wrestling to maximize improvement!
*HS Wrestlers wanting to get extra training, conditioning, and live wrestling heading into post season

State is coming fast! The Final Push is Here for all HS, JH, and GS Wrestlers! Get Extra mat time every Tuesday night 7-8:30 pm @ Prodigy!

TUESDAY TRAINING:

We are switching up Tuesdays to make it more of a training session for the high school, Junior High and Gradeschool wrestlers who are attending. Our focus will be on LIVE Wrestling but the amount of wrestling will depend on the number of partners we have available for the night. We will also make sure to get solid drilling sessions and teach high level technique on our Tuesday Training Sessions!

7-8:30 pm Training session with a focus on LIVE Wrestling - Warm-up followed by a good drill and right into live on their Feet, top/bottom, situations, live matches! Great workout!
