The Big 10 has not seen a Michigan State this bad in decades (8-6, 2-6 Conf), and the Buckeyes (14-4, 8-4 Conf) made sure to play their game and not allow the Spartans to sneak in a win. Ohio State led by twelve at the half and for the most part, they were never really threatened in this one. The Buckeyes hit 45.5% of their shots while the Spartans were Alaska cold hitting just 32.1% of theirs. E.J.Liddell (Belleville, IL) was able to overcome a slow start to lead the Buckeyes with 20 points, 8 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. Justice Sueing (Honolulu, HI) put together a nice game with 17 points, 7 boards, and a steal. For the Spartans, Joshua Langford (Huntsville, AL) hit just 4 of 15 shots but led the team with 14 points. Aaron Henry (Indianapolis, IN) chipped in with 10 points, 7 boards, and 3 assists.
