District titles are very hard. Flight Crew - Lets how much you know - how many teams are left out of how many in the district title round? (you have no life line you can not call someone or goggle). Again he could go into the Ohio Basketball HOF with his career numbers.

Playing NCAA D3 & NAIA does not mean you will have 80K debt (did parents start a college account at birth?). Heavily recruited basketball players do not pay the sticker price just like 80% of the student body. Do agree if the school does not have your major than you can not attend.

Every school hires the coach in a different way. Some ways are good, some ways are bad. Bad is normally too many people involved. Even if the hiring is done in a good way......it has always been hard to get a good coach. In this day and age it is harder to get a good veteran coach.

St. Mary's Memorial, sounds like a possible good job. Can you step in a be .500 or better or is the time not right?
