Good players aren’t going to be any more visible at DSJ than they would at any of those other schools in the same conference. Good players heading for small Cincy schools divert to the big privates where they will get much more exposure.
Pretty simple… if a few exceptional players are headed for one of those small schools they get rerouted to St. X, Elder, Moeller, LaSalle, etc., etc., etc., There are no big time private schools to siphon off the talent out in the farmland.
This forum was “interesting” during the Gentry years. A few of the moms were on here a lot going on about their boys transferring to Deer Park for the superior academic programs. 😂😂😂
Give me a break. Everyone understands the advantage of enrollment size. That’s why divisions exist. I only respond to the usual suspects that show up every time Mason or St. X is mentioned and belittle their accomplishments.
The property will still generate real estate tax although the value will surely be decreased. The biggest loser will be the village of Addyston. Monsanto, Bayer, Ineo paid all their bills. All they will have left is the fines from their speed trap.
