MCGal is totally right here. Also - this is why it's unacceptable when teams go on a bracket and then withdraw and don't play the game. They are ruining these routines that people have earned and would like to continue.

It should be noted too - "established" coaches with head coaching experience and a championship resume were not lining up to take this job. Right now - you would get more applicants at Hiland, West Holmes, Chippewa, Smithville, Loudonville, Norwayne, Dalton - if those jobs opened up.
