the statement by Biden about a 10 year old girl that was raped in Ohio... was this a true story

A Columbus, Ohio man confessed to the rape of a 10-year-old Ohio girl who then became pregnant, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced on Wednesday.

Gershon Fuentes, 27, is being held at the Franklin County Jail on a rape charge, according to jail records. He is being held without bond. His next court appearance is July 22.

Yost said the suspect confessed to raping the 10-year-old girl who then had to go to Indiana to get an abortion following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Doesn't change anything about how this was reported. Happy got lucky that this became true. (pending DNA tests)

Now, how about that claim that it was illegal for her to get an abortion in Ohio based on her?

Meh, I’m willing to give happy a lowercase w on this one. He definitely needs it. lol.

The alleged rapist is believed to be “undocumented“ aka illegal. This rests solely on the shoulders of Joe Biden and his nonexistent border policies.

Because the Pro-Rape Ohio Taliban did not make an exception for rape and incest and 10 year olds do not have an understanding of their bodies or the ability to get a pregnancy test.

The current heartbeat law makes no exceptions for rape or incest
You’re still wrong. The abortion would have been legal in Ohio under said law.

Let's Recap:
1. Joe did not lie. A 10 year old girl was raped and a man was arrested. Making AG look like a partisan fool.
2. Frecriss and the AG do not understand the current triggered abortion law in Ohio. Heartbeat bill makes NO exception for rape or incest.
It makes exception for life/death of the mother and a 10 year old going to full term falls under this OBVIOUSL.

It was not law until post Roe

Lets Recap:
2. Ohio does not have an exception for rape or incest.
The exception is.... (straight from the law..... ORC 2919.195B)

(B) Division (A) of this section does not apply to a physician who performs a medical procedure that, in the physician's reasonable medical judgment, is designed or intended to prevent the death of the pregnant woman or to prevent a serious risk of the substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman.

Anyone with half a brain would look at a year 10 old girl and say.....

"Yeah, the second part of this exception applies to a 10 year old"

Once all the facts are in, the "small w" will be acknowledged on the story only. (even if he lucked into it ;) )

He's hell bent on claiming there's no exception to any abortion in Ohio for any reason.....

Slappy for the loss again.

Yes it does.
Who declares her life danger. By the law if she is healthy and able to conceive a child she would be forced to deliver. There is no medical exception for age and there are no medical complications. Just take the L like Freicriss and Yost.

You've obviously never witnessed a live birth or a stillbirth.

And this is why the Slappy and the Left are dreading Nov... They're just not smart.

The doctor....

If a doctor said, "all's good for a 10yr old to give birth"..... then it would end up in court..... as it should

The AG has already said she wouldn't have had to leave Ohio for the abortion..... because the law allows it.

According to what Allsports posted it looks like the doctor makes that determination.

I am assuming you just didn't bother to read as usual.

Do you have a medical professional willing to testify to that? There is nothing in the real world or this law that states the law does not apply to a ten year old. The Ohio Legislature does not have half a brain and wrote a law that forced her to go out of state.

Holy moly.....

There are "medical professionals" all over willing to kill a baby up to the moment of birth. Finding one shouldn't be that hard.

The left would love to pimp a 10yr old in a matter like this.

Physicians make determinations based on their reasonable, medical judgement everyday. Do you think they will suddenly become stupid?

So why go to Indiana when abortion in this case would be legal in Ohio?

This went down right when the ruling came down. Abortion docs stopped performing abortions in Ohio instantly. Legal uncertainty and fear of prosecution led to door closing until the uncertainty was resolved in court. There still is significant confusion about what/when/how is legal.

Indiana’s law’s were not at all in question so she was sent to Indiana.
