McDonald is set to continue a pretty grueling week tonight traveling to Lowellville. McDonald also plays Sebring tomorrow, at Springfield Friday, and then St Thomas Aquinas on Saturday. They’re gonna end up playing 6 games from Friday the 5th through Saturday the 13th.

As for the league championship. Obviously if McDonald wins out they’ll win the championship outright. If Springfield wins on Friday they’ll share, if McDonald loses Friday and any other league game (lowellvilleX2 and Sebring) then Springfield can win it outright. So still a lot of moving parts.

Mcdonald should win tonight. Lowellville has the capability to make it close, but you never know what team will show up each quarter.
 
McDonald got up by 10 and then tried their best to give it away with 4 straight quick turnovers. Rockets got it to 3 with the ball late but a steal and score sealed it for McDonald. Blue Devils move to 17-0
 
Springfield nails a 3 at the halftime buzzer to go up 28-24. Medvec with I think 5 3’s in the first half for Springfield.
 
Springfield going to hold on. McDonald had an awful shooting 3rd and early 4th Quarter, overall were under 30% allowing Springfield to get a 16 point lead. McDonald was able to come alive and get it down to 58-53 with a minute left but couldn’t get any closer.
 
Live by the three die by the three...lid on hoop tonight...nice comeback to get back in it...if Devils can get hot in tourney just may make it to regional or stay cold like tonight and get bounced early...will be interesting...

I’m not sure about getting bounced early, they have a pretty easy road to district finals. JFK in district title will be a battle, need to be hitting for that.
 
Nice bounce back win for McDonald tonight over St Thomas Aquinas. Led by 22 at and half and finished out with a 75-56 win over the Knights
 
Does anybody know when the last time Harding had a record this bad? 2 close wins over a below average Howland team.

Probably the first time in a long time where they could be beat by a lot of area teams
 
Springfield gets a hard fought win over Waterloo tonight, clinching a split title between the Tigers and McDonald. Both are top seeds in their districts. Hopefully the mvac can pull out 2 more district championships.
 
Sebring upsets Springfield tonight (I previously didn’t know Springfield had another game after last night) giving McDonald the outright MVAC championship
 
Sebring was down 60-58 9 seconds to go fouled Springfield who then missed both free throws. Sebring got ball went length of the and put three up from corner went in as buzzer went off. was great game to watch.
 
Wow... Sebring was winless prior to yesterday, too. Weren’t they?

That’s why they play the game!
