She cannot tell what it is that makes a woman a woman but I bet she will be able to tell us once confirmed how she is a woman that happen to be Black and that makes her the first one of her kind to be a Supreme. Maybe she could tell us how she knows that.

She's smart enough to know gay rights, gay marriage, and various rights and discrimination issues that come before the court will be decided on the merits presented. Also smart enough to not take the bait by some ignorant neanderthals.
