NEO schools that are open in Week 4 (according to this link:
http://yappi.com/forum/index.php?threads/2021-open-unknown-weeks.338369/) include Hoban, Shaker, Youngstown East, Akron Ellet, and SVSM. Shaker? East and Ellet are city schools that will take a one year deal for some $$ to fund their athletic program. Sure-fire wins that do nothing for Mentor other than fill the schedule. Shaker is incredibly unlikely. Hoban would play Mentor, but I don't think it is a good idea. Ignatius, Eds, McKinley, and Medina are already four games where Mentor is a potential/probable underdog. This is a bit of a transition season, a step back for sure. Call me chicken, but I would rather have a 4-6 Youngstown East/Akron Ellet team on the schedule than a likely loss to Hoban. Ellet won 5 games in 2019, so a nice harbin cow on an already tough schedule.
My number one choice would be SVSM. A much more likely win than Hoban, still a solid opponent, and more harbin potential than Ellet or East.
