Willard High School (North Central Ohio) is currently accepting applications for a Head Varsity Football Coach. Required qualifications include: successful football coaching experience, outstanding leadership skills and communication skills. Teaching positions available. We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven individual, who is a motivated leader with strong managerial and relationship skills. Canal Winchester High School is seeking a Head Football Coach. While previous Head Coaching experience is preferred, it is not required. All Candidates must have a valid teaching license. Potential teaching positions may be available for the 2021-22 school year at Canal Winchester. All interested candidates should submit a Cover Letter, Resume and List of References by Friday, Jan 22nd, 2021 to Pat Durbin, Director of Athletics at pdurbin@cwls.us.

Longtime area coach Jim Hoover is the new head football coach at Buckeye Local, approved tonight by the board of education. Hoover an assistant last year at Buckeye Local. Hoover is a Buckeye North alum

Based on my source, said it was more so along the lines of unhappy trajectory of the program from the board room and power brokers in the community. Strack tweet said “stepped down” and his team meeting stated he wanted to watch his sons play. I’m not here to drag his name through the mud. By all accounts everyone has said he’s a good dude. At the end of the day their will be a new football coach at Genoa. I’m sure coach Patterson name will come up again soon in the coaching world.

I'm told the same. Board member starting it all. He thinks our program/players should be better. Coach Patterson is a good guy.
