Tri-Village was a messy situation for anyone having Sagester still around with quality talent coming up. I think the leash was always going to be tight there, and anything short of exemplary results probably wasn't going to hold off the looming specter of Sagester.

Since Sagaster resigned, Tri Village has run off 2 coaches in a 3 year span because some in their community wanted Sagaster to still be the coach. He works at the school as the superintendent and stepped down as the boys basketball coach following a very bad hazing incident that happened with his team, where he had to be the one to enforce punishment. The community was mixed on whether to support him or not following what appeared to be very light punishment of his boys. His boys which included his 3 best players.. Now Tri Village is about to be loaded with talent again, so it basically worked as a 3 year break from coaching while talent level was low.
