Joe Burrow named LSU's starting QB

LSU's starting quarterback race has been decided.

On Monday, LSU head coach Ed Orgeron announced that junior Joe Burrow, who transferred into the program from Ohio State this summer, is the team's starting quarterback for the season opener against Miami on Sep. 2.

With game week now here for the opening week bout between the Tigers and Miami Hurricanes, the race won't play out any further.
