Location: Englewood Indoor Facility
Games on Sunday starting June 12
Games Time: 1 pm - 5 pm
Grades: 5th thru 8th grades
6 game season and tournament
The 7-on-7 Youth Football Passing League is a passing and receiving program designed for the positions of quarterback, running back, receiver, tight-end, defensive end, linebacker, and defensive backs. There are no lineman, blocking, or tackling. The league will emphasize the passing game versus a variety of man and zone pass coverage.

Athletes required to wear helmets High quality competition
6 game minimums

It is against the rules. Participants will not be eligible at OHSAA schools who attend this.

That may or may not be the case. I certainly do not know. But I'd hate to see any kid risk his OHSAA eligibility on "pretty sure".
