My cousin is in one of Gilyard's class and has done projects with him. Says hes a really nice guy. Happy for him!
 
Congrats to all of them. There is a real good article on si.com about Gilyard and the troubles he had to overcome to get to where he is at right now. He sounds like a great young man.
 
Can't really argue with most of those selections.

The only two I wouldn't have on the 1st team are Greg Jones and Javier Arenas (only because he missed multiple games this year due to injury).

Greg Jones is a good player but I dont think he's an All-American. I know he had a lot of tackles but Michigan State's defense was terrible and what I saw of Michigan State this year Greg Jones made very few "big plays".

I'm glad to see Brian Price made the 1st team. Personally, I think he's the best Defensive Tackle in the country. He is a complete animal.

I thought I saw somewhere that Jones was the Big 10 Defensive player of the year?
